Last year, we made a lot of changes to our services. If you’re a Digital customer, then you’re enjoying the great new channels we launched last year. And if you have our telephone service, you now have 5 packages to choose from, all designed to save our customers money.

This year we’ve spent a lot of time listening to our ntl: customers, like you, so we can make of these kind of changes – the ones you’ve been asking for.

The first bit of good news is that we’re launching a new customer service system. So if you have a query and you need to speak to our customer service team, then we’ll be able to access your account details much, much quicker, giving you a better experience.

The other good news is that over the next year our bills are changing for the better. They’ll still be sent to you monthly, which you’ve told us you like, but we’ve redesigned them to make them easier to read and understand.

We’ll be writing to everybody soon to let them know when these changes will be happening. We hope you agree, it’s a change for the better!
